Master Sergeant Rivero is a Marine Corps foreign area specialist concentrating in Europe and Eurasia serving in Plans, Policies, and Operations at the Pentagon. He is a graduate of George Washington University and the Bundeswehr University-Munich and an MIT Seminar XXI fellow.
